I have included it in this list as it is a very useful item but you must have 99 smithing in order to acquire it. Smithing Cape comes with OSRS Gold two useful perks. We have added 9 slots for the Coal Bag which makes a fantastic addition to this already useful product. On the other hand, we have an extra perk that grants you Goldsmithing Gauntlets while you are wearing cape. This is particularly useful when making gold bars in the Blast Furnace since you can equip Ice Gloves without worrying about losing the Goldsmithing perk. It gives you a boost in the amount of gold-infused.
Be aware that Smithing skill requires lots of running. During your training you'll go to many locations like Port Phasmatys, Ardougne, Lumbridge, Falador, Al Kharid, Wilderness so getting items that can boost the process (eg. Graceful Outfit) could reward you with more xp for each hour.
In general while starting every ability from scratch, it's ideal to go on a quest that is related to the skill for quest experience. By completing a Knight's Sword quest that takes only 10 minutes, we have the opportunity to earn 12 725 Smithing Experience , which takes us from the level of 1 to 29.
All you need to start is level 10 Mining, so the requirements are small and this quest is definitely faster than other training methods. Additionally, if you are already an experienced player with level 20 in Magic Level 20 in Mining, and 20 in Crafting it is possible to finish both sections of the Elemental Workshop quest.
It will get you directly into level 35 without Cheap RuneScape Gold worrying about other Smithing methods for leveling. If you'd like to keep questing later on you can also complete the Giant Dwarf quest which later will be required for various methods. There are several other quests like Recipe for Disaster, Devious Minds, Cabin Fever, Elemental Workshop II, Family Crest, Fremennik Trials that you can complete for the fastest experiences. Remember the fact that all quests are for members so f2p players can't complete them. Unfortunately neither free-to-play quest will reward players with Smithing levels.
