Disinfect your smartphone and tablet

Power off. First, before cleaning the phone or tablet and unplugging it from the charger, be sure to turn off the phone or tablet first. Although you should avoid letting any liquid enter any openings in the device, if you do, keeping the power off will prevent the electronic device from short-circuiting. If you have a protective cover, remove it and clean it separately so that you can enter hard-to-reach places.

Use the microfiber cloth of Electronic Cleaning Wipes Manufacturer. When looking for a cloth to wipe the device, you want to use a lint-free, non-abrasive material that will not scratch the surface or leave anything behind. Microfiber cloths, such as those used to clean glasses, are very suitable for this situation. However, the use of paper towels should be avoided.

Avoid direct application. When using something like 70% isopropyl solution, do not apply it directly to your device. Instead, spray or pour a small amount on the cloth and wipe the surface with it. If you use alcohol or disinfectant wipes, you may consider wringing them out a little before use to avoid using too much solution.

You should also avoid using compressed air or aerosol sprays on your equipment. The extra force generated by these products can squeeze dust and liquids into small spaces, making it more difficult to dry and possibly damaging internal components.

Be gentle. When cleaning the screen of your phone or tablet, do not apply too much pressure. Wipe gently with a cloth and detergent is enough, too much force may damage the screen.

Avoid opening. It is important to avoid putting any cleaner into the small cracks and openings of the phone (such as the charging port) as much as possible. Therefore, never immerse the device in any liquid.

Let it dry. After thoroughly cleaning the device, make sure to allow enough time for the device to air dry before restarting it. If you have removed the protective case and cleaned it separately, let it dry first, and then snap it back to its original position to prevent liquid from staying in the middle.
