Players of Final Fantasy XIV are customizing the Adventurer Plates in the 6.1 update in NSFW fashion and sharing those explicit cards to the internet. Players of Final Fantasy XIV are taking one of patch 6.1’s newest features, Adventure Plates, and making them NSFW.
Final Fantasy XIV first came out in 2013, but in December 2021 it released the Endwalker expansion pack that ended the ongoing story. And patch 6.1 introduces the beginning of a new story after the Endwalker event. The latest update to Final Fantasy XIV, called Patch 6.1 - Newfound Adventure, brings Adventure Plates, as well as a new story and PvP content called Crystalline Conflict.
This also allows many players to prepare enough FFXIV Gil to deal with the new content. And taking Adventure Plates is a fully customizable way for players to show more personality to their characters, also known as Warrior of Light. Players can control the portrait’s background, camera angle, lighting, borders, framing, and of course, the character’s pose and expression. Players can save up to 20 of these images, with more expected in future updates.
These plates also display information such as the player’s name, Grand Company, and Grand Company Rank. While players can control what’s shown and what’s kept secret, if a player takes part in Final Fantasy XIV’s PvP, the portraits in their team’s Adventure Cards will be displayed on-screen at the start of the match for all to see. If players are interested, they can also buy a lot of FFXIV Gil on IGGM to define their character as they like. Try it.
