"My shoes were the least expensive I think I have ever bought! They were £15 and were so simple, elegant, and merely the perfect height. I just discovered them by accident as had never even heard about the brand before."

"We knew we wanted a conventional wedding having a modern twist. I love the botanical look and clean-cut stationery and straightforward elegance. We wanted that it is different however for all the right reasons. It just joined together."

The groom and the groomsmen were kitted in hired suits.

"I wore a cathedral length veil, superfine silk which tiered over my face. I wanted to help keep this rather easy so my dress did the talking! This seemed to be from the boutique."

"Being his only daughter, I knew it had been a big moment for him, although he never allow it to phase him – big Mike keeping it together. We walked on the aisle because the organist played 'Pachelbel Canon in D' – it had been rather dramatic but I loved it! I thought I would cry but I didn't."

"Our cake would be a last-minute addition, it wasn't something we wanted and didn’t wish to make an enormous feature of therefore we went to have an elegant and straightforward sponge. It was blushed pink to go with the tones within the blooms and draped within the same silk that wrapped the bouquets like a bow."

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"Honestly, spend some time, enjoy every moment, and do YOU. Don't have regrets and when Auntie Winnie who lives in Glasgow doesn't want you to possess pink flowers, what exactly!? It is your wedding!
