adidas have been in on the action and one of their latest silhouettes to undergo the modern revival has been the adidas shoes white with black stripes. Dropping in a handful of colourways, the Cloud White/Blue Rush colourway was the most popular of the bunch. Now the model is looking to receive even more love with an upcoming collaboration with Danish women's sneaker retailer, Naked.
The latest, a Consortium release courtesy of Shanghai’s DOE, sees its DNA melded with the adidas ultraboost 19 panda for a build that straddles centuries. Equipped with the UB’s 21st century tech, and tinged with the ‘Pacer’s 80s styling via the forefoot wrap, the latest release seamlessly blends the two eras. Meanwhile, co-branding on the sheath adds the final collaborative flourish.
General release sneakers have to occasionally fight harder to be noticed than their limited edition peers. This can mean they have details that wouldn’t otherwise appear, so sneakerheads with open eyes and minds will be rewarded with these unique pairs.
