AAV biodistribution
Working in the field of gene therapy for years, Creative Biolabs has developed a full package of techniques for AAV biodistribution and shedding analysis. With professional scientists, we can assess specific AAV vector distribution at different levels, including but not limited to organism level, tissue level, as well as the cellular level. The AAV biodistribution and shedding analysis services we offer include in vivo imaging (bioluminescence generated by luciferase expression), quantification of viral nucleic acids (typically by quantitative polymerase chain reaction), and fluorescence detection (expression of a green fluorescent protein or other fluorescent protein). Especially, the biodistribution and shedding analysis service we offer could be performed both on a "research" mode and within the frame of the regulatory animal pharmacology and toxicology studies.
