• Find Firefox in the list of processes, then select End task from the context menu.
• Reopen Firefox and verify that it is operating properly.

• Click the Menu button in Firefox's top-right corner to select Settings.
• Look under the General tab on the left for the Performance item.
• After unticking, the Use suggested performance settings option, untick the Use hardware acceleration when available feature.
• Before the user resumes the web browser, Firefox should be closed.

• Click the Menu button in Firefox's top-right corner to select Settings.
• Look under the General tab on the left for the Performance item.
