EA has confirmed the top 25 players in the Premier League in FIFA 23, with official ratings confirmed as Kevin De Bruyne, Cristiano Ronaldo and Mohamed Salah, among others.
 These PL stars are the best Erling Haaland (OVR 88) narrowly missed out on the PL top 10 despite his consistently incredible goalscoring record.
Mohamed Salah (OVR 90) will not be able to play alongside De Bruyne as he leads the Premier League in both goals and assists in 2021/22.
