Some of those demands WOW WOTLK Classic Gold
are finally, following months of silence, being acknowledged by leadership. In a letter to Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick published online ahead of the company's November 2 investor conference, Kotick said the company will soon adopt the "strictest discrimination and harassment policies of any employer." The company has pledged to increase the proportion of female and people who are non-binary by 50%. He also said the company will be funding $250 million "to enhance opportunities to attract diverse talent." Kotick also vowed to end arbitral stipulations for claims of discrimination and harassment. The company is also planning to increase transparency in pay as well with Kotick declaring that the firm will release pay equity data every year.

The changes mentioned above are an important step towards the correct direction, and do look to at least some of the demands of employees. But other actions taken by the company go against the demands of members of the ABK Workers Alliance. Activision Blizzard did select a third-party to conduct an audit of corporate policies. However according to the ABK Workers Alliance has pointed out that the law firm involved, WilmerHale, has a existing relationship with some Activision Blizzard executives and is known for having used anti-union tactics on behalf of companies like Amazon and Uber before.

While Hazzikostas said those in leadership roles at Blizzard are focusing right now on listening to the voices of their teams as well as their communities to effect change however much of the change will be dependent on how far the management is willing to go to make things right. There was a tweet from the ABK Workers Alliance tweeted over the weekend asking whether Kotick will be willing to accept the existence of a union within the company, but it remains to be seen whether Activision Blizzard leadership will do as well should buy WOTLK Gold unionization efforts move forward.
