Where to find Frenzy Plant/Blast Burn/Hydro Cannon TM in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
Each type of Pokémon can learn various moves, either through level-ups or TMs. Most Pokemon's TM pools will contain moves that match Pokemon typing. However, some TMs can only be used by novice Pokémon. They are: Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, and Hydro Cannon, and were first available as TMs in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. you can Buy Held Items Pokemon Scarlet Violet at pkmbuy.
Before Scarlet & Violet, Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, and Hydro Cannon could only be learned with the Move Tutor. In addition, novice Pokémon need to be at the highest level of friendship with the trainer. There aren't any move trainers in Paldea, so if trainers wish to teach these moves to Meowscarada, Skeledirge, or Quaquaval, they will need to find their TM.
TM155 (Raging Plants), TM153 (Explosive Combustion), and TM154 (Hydrogen Cannon) Locations
TM153 through TM155 can all be found in the same cave. Thanks to Scarlet/Violet's open world, it's possible for each player to get these TMs early in their journey.
The TM can be found in a cave northeast of Glaseado Mountain. If players spot Montenevera, they should take the flying taxi to the mountain village, then head northeast to the orange flag icon pictured above.
Most Pokémon on Glaseado Mountain are Ice-type, around level 40. This is an ideal area to fill out some Pokedex entries or search for Ghost/Dark type Spiritombs along the way.
Scarlet & Violet players will realize when they reach the bottom of the mountain that they are getting closer to their destination. Go right and up the ledge to find the cave entrance. Inside are three yellow Poke Balls, each of which is a TM.
