The bulk of this patch is that set of bug fixes. With many teams now back from vacation, housekeeping patches like this are really common. In this case, the bugs resolved in this patch include everything from fixing three client crashes, one instance crash, to a display bug where if you buy an item from a merchant, the last remaining item won't be removed from the list Removed. You can also safely dismiss NPCs from your hideout after the team fixes a bug where you couldn't pack them up.
Changes to Sanctum include adjustments to the main affliction of the death toll, replacing Aureus coins with a loss of 250 determination. Lycia, Unholy Heretic battles have also increased in popularity. Herald of Scourge's lightning wave now also spawns more but smaller lightning bolts. The visual effects of some monsters exploding on death have been removed as they were causing visual issues. Other changes include text corrections and clearer descriptions.
New to the game in this patch is Voidborn Reliquary Key. The Reliquary has 1231 options for unique items that can be foiled. Work will continue to get all items in place.
The recently added Punishment Ruthless mode has also received some corrections. The Imaginary Quest Atlas Passive, which previously said it increased the rarity of Cluster Jewels in Delirium encounters by 800%, has now been corrected to have a 10% chance of Cluster Jewels becoming rare in Delirium encounters. Similarly, Vaal Venom Whirlwind was incorrectly obtained in Ruthless, but this has been fixed. Ruthless based on extreme scarcity, those two were obviously out of tune.
