A Minnesota Judge has ordered the Madden NFL 23 Players Association lawsuit brought on behalf of Tom Brady be transferred to Manhattan, according to Daniel Kaplan of SportsBusiness Journal Mut 23 coins. "Indeed the court finds very little reason why this dispute to have been commenced in Minnesota at all," says Kyle, via Garafolo. "Brady plays for a team in Massachusetts and the Union is headquartered at Washington, D.C.; the Madden NFL 23 is based within New York; the arbitration proceedings were held in New York and the award was announced in New York."
The Madden NFL 23PA plans to renew its lawsuit against Madden NFL 23 in the next few hours on Thursday in Manhattan, according to Albert Breer of the Madden NFL 23 Network.
