Go To The Rockwell Zone
The Rockwell area is the more dangerous side of the map. It is not the best place to build the ultimate base, but you can find Noglin here. They may occur in some places, but it is still a rare find, so it may take some time for you to encounter them.

Establish a safe area
Unfortunately, there are never other dangerous creatures in Noglin's respawn location, such as some picturesque base locations, so you must kill them before trying to tame them. It is almost impossible to lure or move Noglin to a safe area, especially by the river. However, please be sure to try to keep a safe distance from Noglin, otherwise, it may catch one of your tamers or other creatures in the area and cause serious damage.

Make a trap
You will need to be equipped with a harpoon launcher and multiple network projectiles. This can be used to capture Noglin by nailing it to the ground, and it will last a total of one minute.
