The simple answer is, they are not answering a lot of questions and they left it an xbox exclusive. They won't say it will be before PC is permitted to play and that is the worst thing, as of right now, the beta is for Xbox players. An open beta are not currently running on xbox to check servers and such, they do it so people will purchase an xbox and xbox live to play with the game. This is advertising 101, and people are mad.
Why are people angry it is pso2 sales a exclusive for Xbox? Well that is because they first off haven't announced an end date into the exclusive. So wait and PC players are left to sit in the dark. They also have declared that open beta progress will roll over into launch, which sets PC players behind. PC players could be set back 3 to 4 months behind xbox players, which for a MMO is a bad thing for your community.
