If 79 is a solid player, shouldn't 78 be as well?

If 79 is a solid player, shouldn't 78 be as well? Beverley is an excellent defense player, and an excellent three-point shooter. Westbrook may be a better passer (at minimum, during the beginning of a game) as well as rebounder, figures which a video game could be able to reward, but he's clearly not the "better" performer than Beverley at the current stage of cheap mt 2k23 their respective careers.
