A natural or manufactured material called fertilizer contains the chemical components necessary to increase plant growth and productivity. Fertilizers replenish the chemical elements that previous crops removed from the soil or improve the inherent fertility of the soil. There are three different kinds of fertilizers, and Complex Fertilizers are one of them. Complex fertilizers are made up of two or three essential plant nutrients, two of which are combined chemically. Typically, these fertilizers are produced in granular form. Ammonium phosphate, nitrophosphates, and diammonium phosphate are a few examples of Complex Fertilizers. Fertilizers that contain two or more of the three main plant nutrients - potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen - in each granule are referred to as complex fertilizers, also known as compound fertilizers.
