Epic is nice lmao are you really gon na dismiss how screwed a number of those developers would have been if epic did not cover a part of the sales upfront? Also must I explain japanese gambling is from PSO2 Meseta western gambling? Socializing is a focal point of western matches. It is not in Japan. I agree, it is stupid to skip a game simply because it. People are petty than this, and it is going to affect prospective Phantasy Star Online 2 participant base and revenue, period. Pretty much everyone here will be fine with these conditions, but you do not have to convince anyone here to play Phantasy Star Online 2. Let us just hope it is enough to keep the lights when the two Sega and Microsoft scarcely offer a f*ck about bringing new individuals in.
My point is all about visibility lmao windows store is used less due to those features. Even if steam offered no advantages, it has a much, much larger Phantasy Star Online 2 playerbase. If visibility is already an issue than this is PSU around two. I'm glad you're fine with the windows store but my point is tons of people aren't, not my friends, a few will still play but some can't be bothered because not everybody knows they will enjoy a game before they try it. And yes the ones that won't play because of the shop are really petty elitists... Or maybe just lazy? Regardless, it translates to less Phantasy Star Online 2 players.
I played with with the JP version for close to 90 hours per year back and couldn't find the allure. You spend the majority of your time only oneshotting mobs that are braindead-easy in fields. You then sit around awaiting emergency quests to spawn which are again braindead simple because everybody's equipment is so absurdly strong you'll hardly be able to even hit anything. They rush through in lightspeed anything in their own way. SEGA added some EQs where you are forced to pilot a mecha that doesn't really do a great deal of damage just so new Phantasy Star Online 2 gamers could get a chance at hitting things. There are so many distinct types of quests with vague names like buster quests, showcased quests and you'll have to spend ages on wikis hoping to determine which of these are worth doing. Most of them are dull, the only ones worth doing are those with rewards.
Having to discover discs to learn skills is a imo that is pretty dumb and the hotbar system is terrible. I really don't get why I can't just have multiple hotbars onscreen simultaneously instead of having to scroll through palettes and subpalettes and shit. It's a UI nightmare which does not appeal to anybody. The targeting system sucks. The party UI is minuscule and you can not customize considerably. Can't put over fans icons to tell what they do. No penalty for dying since you can respawn like nothing happened. Most conversation happens in the lobby since the content you run is so simple that you have to cheap Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta say anything.
