The Institution of mechanical engineers or IMechE is a free professional learned society and association headquartered in London, UK. There are some grades of membership along with post-nominal letters that IMechE offers

       AMIMechE - this particular grade is for graduates with acceptable equivalents or degrees in mathematics, engineering, or science. IMechE membership will assist candidates within their pathway towards completing registration either they have a degree in mathematics, technology, engineering, or science.
