(2) Injection molding process: Injection molding process includes mold design, injection molding machine debugging, injection molding parameter setting, etc. In the process of thick-wall optical injection molding, factors such as injection temperature, injection pressure, and injection speed need to be paid attention to.
(3) Mold maintenance: The service life of the mold is closely related to the maintenance of the mold. During the injection molding process, the mold needs to be cleaned regularly, and lubricated and antirust treated to prolong the service life of the mold.
