Naira cancels her meeting in Delhi and rushes home to look after Kartik. She is shocked to learn that he is not sick, but is out of the house for an important meeting. She asks the ladies of the house about his health but they remain silent. Naira confronts Suhasini dadi for lying to her.

Later, Naira is stunned to see that Kartik has filled an abortion form without telling her. She gets upset and begins to break things in the house. Swarna calms her down and reminds her that it is her responsibility to take care of her husband.

Naira explains to Suhasini that she has never run away from her responsibilities. She also reveals that she and Kartik have had 1 almost divorce, 1 actual divorce & 1 cancelled Mandir wedding due to lack of communication. Suhasini is not convinced. She asks Naira to prioritise her work and stop making such excuses.

Naira's health takes a turn for the worse when she is diagnosed with severe meningitis. She tries to fight the disease with her might but she cannot win this battle alone. She needs the support of her family and friends. Her brother Nikhil and his wife, Gayatri help her out by taking care of the household chores. They also provide emotional support to Naira.

Meanwhile, Akshara meets Rituraj and his family. She likes him but is too shy to talk about it in front of her family members. Shankari tai and Rajshri are happy with her choice and assure her of the good family background of Rituraj.

But later, Naira catches her husband and fiance fighting on the phone. She asks them to stop fighting. Nikhil is apprehensive at first but he agrees to end the marriage as he loves Naira. He tells her that he will not take any decision without her. He wants to give her the life that she deserves and does not want to ruin her career.

Soon, Naira's sister, Sirat comes back in her life and makes her feel guilty about leaving them behind in Udaipur. She makes Aarohi hate her. Later, she becomes a part of the family when Kartik and Naira's father, Manish, die in an accident. Sirat then falls down the stairs and dies. Aarohi holds her responsible and starts detesting her.

Naira is able to get the help she needs from her friends and family but the disease still continues to progress. She is able to manage the house but she is weak and tired. She is not able to do anything without the support of her family. She is unable to go outside and her friends are worried for her health.

She is rushed to the hospital as she develops high fever. She is treated by Dr. Kunal Khera. He informs her that she is pregnant. He urges her to abort but she refuses. She claims that she will die if she loses her fetus and walks away from him. She later tells Abhimanyu about her condition.

In the coming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Naira will be diagnosed with uterine cancer. She will be scared and worried but Kartik tries to calm her down. He will promise to take her to the best doctor and asks her to trust him. He will also try to convince her that the surgery is not as risky as it sounds.

Naira decides to go ahead with the surgery. She will be shattered to know that she is pregnant again, but Kartik is supportive and tells her that he won’t stop her from getting the treatment. He will also take care of the baby. He will make sure that everything is done right.

Naira and Kartik will be busy in taking care of their family. They will miss each other a lot. But, they will be able to get through this tough time. The show has received a lot of criticism in the past, but the actors and producers have managed to keep the show going strong. It is one of the top TV shows on Indian television.

Nairo’s love life will also take a turn for the better in the coming episode of Yeh Rishta. She will meet a boxer called Sirat who is her lookalike and they will fall in love. Later, Nairo will realize that she and Sirat had a misunderstanding due to her father’s involvement in their love story. The two will get married.

Meanwhile, Aarohi will continue to hate Akshara. She will also start dating Dr. Abhimanyu Birla. He will be a doctor at the Birla Hospital and Medical Institute. He will also help in funding the orphanage that Naira runs.

Naira will also think that she and Abhimanyu are destined to be together. She will tell the others about their relationship and they will agree. Manjari will continue to think about reuniting Abhimanyu and Akshara.

Naira gets a coma due to an accident. Her brother, Kartik, takes care of her. He also learns that he is Naira’s father. Naira wakes up after a while. She rekindles her feelings for Kartik. But, she is scared that her family might reject him. Kartik tries to convince her but fails. He then tells her that he wants to marry her and makes her promise him that she will never leave him.

Naitik and Akshara have a big family consisting of their children and in-laws. They both work in the same company. Initially, they fight but eventually, they learn to love and support each other. Despite their busy schedules, they spend quality time with each other. During this time, they fall in love. Eventually, they get married and have a son named Naksh.

After a few years, Naira becomes pregnant with Kairav’s child. She refuses to reveal the truth to her family because she fears they will disown her. But, she later reveals the truth to her parents.

She then meets a boxer named Sirat. He falls for her and proposes to her. She accepts his proposal, but he is actually her lookalike. She tries to make him jealous by kissing him in front of his wife, but he overhears and starts detesting her.

The show was sent notice for its ending twice, but it was extended each time. Eventually, the ratings started increasing. It is one of the longest-running shows in Indian television history.

In the upcoming episodes, a tragedy will befall on the show. Baa is ill and will try to leave the Shah house. She will ask Samar and Dimple to leave the house, but they will not listen.
