The other factor is the relative difficulty of having to 99. Playing efficiently it takes N hours to OSRS gold level strength to 99 that means you can safely assume that all the RuneScape players above 99 have spent N hours training battle. If N is high that means a large section of the RuneScape players have played RuneScape a whole lot, and you'll be able to compare this number to the amount of RuneScape players using low stats to make a decision about how many RuneScape players that the low-level (say under 50) articles is really catering to.
But it's not perfect because people do not train stats at the exact same rate and a few RuneScape players don't train combat at all. RS3 solves this issue by making becoming to 99 easier so that if you are new you do not have to play RuneScape for 20 years to be on an even playing field with those who've actually been enjoying RuneScape for 20 decades.
Permit Zahur in Nardah to turn wash herbs & vials of water into unf potions for gp, like osrs
I know that exists. But would jagex not implement another money sink into RuneScape that's a QOL in every aspect? There are already plenty other machines such as the board manufacturer, automobile disassembler and automobile alcher that requires it's location and the NPC is useless as is. Would not hurt the economy at all? If people want to create profit off unf potions, go use the machine, if people want unf potions fast and are eager to Cheap Runescape gold devote the gp, then go to the NPC. We have a small market in invention for it, which is as much of a money sink with divine charges.
