The Lilo and Stitch Hoodies features a cute alien with a big, cute face printed on the front. It's made of French terry fabric and is officially licensed by Disney. It's available in sizes S through 3X.

The franchise, primarily in its original 2002-2006 animated continuity, centers on an orphaned Hawaiian girl named Lilo Pelekai and the genetically engineered extraterrestrial creature she adopts and names Stitch. Originally created by the galactic renegade scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba to cause chaos and destruction across the galaxy, Stitch is rehabilitated by Lilo using the Hawaiian concept of ohana (family). Their ohana includes Lilo's older sister and legal guardian Nani Pelekai, her adopted dog Stitch, Jumba's Earth-loving partner Pleakley, and other family members who join their daily adventures.

Stitch's exploits continue in a series of direct-to-video and television sequel feature films, a short film, an animated television series, several video games, theme park attractions, comic books, and merchandise. Additional spin-off material that emphasizes Stitch rather than Lilo includes the Japanese anime series Stitch! and the Chinese animated series Stitch & Ai, which were produced by different crews from the main film and TV continuity.

Several audio-animatronic shows featuring Stitch have been produced, most notably the "theatre in the round" attraction Aloha e Komo Mai! at the Enchanted Tiki Room at Disney's Polynesian Resort. In addition, a full-length stage musical, the theatrical production Stitch! The Musical, has opened in the same theater. Additional live performances of the play and other musicals have been presented around the world.
