With many “leaked” new Reputation Decorations, plus parts of the new map, players will learn more clues about the Manaan Daily Area in SWTOR 7.1. Players can buy enough SWTOR Credits to be well prepared. They can now see the full map of the Invasion Zone, which isn’t super informative with geographic information, but it seems to include fast travel points for the daily zone section.
Other fast travel points are: Ancient Selkath City, Hidden Imperial Base, and Public Port Arrivals. Depending on the decoration, players may go to a kolto dig site, some kind of ancient kolto ancestral temple, and possibly infiltrate a floating city of Selkath that is inhabited. But players still don’t have any word on how much story Manaan’s new daily area will have.
Since the developers originally intended to release in 7.0 or shortly after, kind of like Onderon and Mek-Sha’s daily, it shouldn’t have a story of its own. However, 7.1 won’t be released until midsummer, so plans may have changed. If there isn’t a new story, BioWare should at least give players a new quest like Inflection Point so they can skip Ossus, Onderon, Mek-Sha, and Echoes of Oblivion.
So players can see short illustrative cutscenes, but they probably don’t need to get their hopes up for any new story content, but the daily area itself seems to be a cool new area, actually. And if players want to have more fun exploring new areas, they can buy SWTOR Credits at IGGM! It’s cheap and risk free, try it.
