Khor Rori is the best place to visit for history lovers. It is the most important archaeological site in Dhofar, near Taqah. It was discovered in 1900 and provides lots of historical facts to the visitors. It is the only harbor in the Dhofar with large sailing ships. It is also known as Sumhuram and a UNESCO World Heritage Site for Frankincense Land.
