Die LEG Immobilien SE ist ein deutsches Wohnungsunternehmen, das an der Börse notiert ist und seinen Hauptsitz in Düsseldorf hat. Zu Beginn des Novembers 2021 besaß das Unternehmen etwa 146.000 Mietwohnungen, wovon sich 132.800 in Nordrhein-Westfalen befanden. Ursprünglich im Jahr 1970 als Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Nordrhein-Westfalen GmbH gegründet, wurde es nach der Privatisierung im Jahr 2008 zunächst als LEG NRW GmbH bekannt. Seit Februar 2013 ist die LEG Immobilien AG ein börsennotiertes Unternehmen, und seit Juni 2013 werden die Aktien im MDAX gehandelt. Im August 2020 änderte das Unternehmen seine Rechtsform in eine europäische Aktiengesellschaft (SE). Die größten Anteilseigner sind die beiden US-amerikanischen Investmentgesellschaften MFS und BlackRock.
