What is Conversational AI?


It refers to artificial intelligence technologies that aim to converse with humans in a natural way by understanding intent and context. With conversational AI, humans no longer need to adapt their communication style to interact with computers - instead, computers adapt their capabilities to communicate with humans in a more natural language. Some key capabilities of this systems include natural language understanding, natural language generation, speech recognition, dialogue management and knowledge representation.

How Does It Work?

Advanced neural network models are trained on huge datasets containing conversational exchanges between humans to learn the nuances of human language.
