While these items provide quick stamina boosts when eaten raw, cooking them at an outpost significantly increases their benefits. For instance, cooked coconuts restore 40% stamina compared to 20% when raw. Stock up on cooked foods to keep your stamina high during long voyages.
2. Edit Scroll Wheel for Item Shortcuts
Early in the game, you'll be introduced to the item wheel for quick access to essential items during combat. Customize this wheel by opening it, hovering over a slot, and pressing Triangle (PS) or Y (Xbox) to assign items like food or repair kits.
