Second, pirated servers offered either gear being sold to gamers (less incentive to raid after down you KT for the first time) or welfare herbs to wow classic gold their players by raising herbs spawn rate several times so everyone got their own free herb as much as they wish to.
Nope because I played on private servers and what he's saying fits up, also he is not taking anecdotal evidence from people on this subreddit as fact regardless of much it hurts the narrative that you are trying to push.
Except the narrative being pushed is not mine. There's one certain thing pirated servers have done to prevent inflation: they have radically increased spawning rate on blossoms, basically making it welfare.
There's much less inflation once the admins are promoting the gold and also have an actual interest in preventing robots and/or multiboxers from farming it.
Admins of just one big pserver were captured selling gold/ranks. It got ruined after this, shutting their earnings for classic wow gold sellers a while. I think it's not all of the other pservers"did
not get caught" - they simply don't do this, it's too risky. There are ways to profit off a pserver without alienating the playerbase from the most shady stuff.
