Method 1: Cleaning with lemon juice and warm water

This method is especially effective for fresh stains. Prepare a solution of warm water and lemon juice in a 2:1 ratio. Lemon juice has natural bleaching properties and helps break down organic stains. Apply the resulting mixture to the stains and leave for 15 minutes. This time is necessary for the active components of lemon juice to penetrate the fabric fibers and begin to act on the stain. After this, carefully wipe the treated areas with a damp cloth. For a better effect, you can repeat the procedure several times, especially if the stains are old or deeply ingrained.

Method 2: Using a paste of vinegar and baking soda

This method is suitable for more stubborn stains. Mix vinegar and baking soda in equal proportions to form a paste. Vinegar is known for its disinfectant properties, and soda is a mild abrasive that helps remove stains without damaging the fabric. Apply the resulting paste to the stains and leave for 15 minutes. During this time, a chemical reaction will occur between the vinegar and soda, which will help break down the structure of the stain. After the soak, thoroughly wipe the treated areas with a damp sponge, removing the remaining paste along with the stains. Repeat the procedure if necessary.

Method 3: Treatment with lemon juice and salt

This method combines the bleaching properties of lemon and the abrasive qualities of salt. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon directly onto the sweat stains. Citric acid effectively copes with organic stains and helps to lighten the fabric. Then sprinkle the treated areas with salt. Salt enhances the effect of lemon juice and helps to mechanically remove stains. Gently rub the mixture so that it penetrates deeper into the fibers of the fabric. Leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with cool water. This method is especially effective for fresh sweat stains.
