Blizzard just announced WoW WOTLK classic will soon receive cross-faction group support. This will allow players from Horde players as well as  WOTLK Classic Gold Alliance players to join forces to play raids and dungeons, at the beginning of the game's long history of 18 years. The announcement has been received well by both factions' fans. Cross-faction support will not be implemented until the release of patch 9.2 however it is scheduled to be added with an update after the 22nd of February.
