Research has shown that only 10% of learning comes from formal training. The 70:20:10 model means that 20 of learning comes from working with others like coaching colleagues, collaborating on projects or receiving feedback/giving feedback, and 70 from experience, experiment and reflection like problem-solving, challenging tasks, reviewing/auditing.

So much of what you do in your day-to-day work can play a huge role in your development.
