The Bears defense entered the game as the top defense within the College Football 25 because they have the ability to tackle all. They have 34 sacks, and are only allowing 3.6 yards per carry. It's the defense that offers them the chance to win each week. I love watching the defense play. They face the Saints this Thursday as a result, and they'll face a tough test. We'll be able to determine their performance more precisely after that game.

What's to comment on the night's match? The Falcons are not good.

The Falcons have done things that all bad football teams make. They lost their ball inside the 5-yard line twice and another inside the 20. Matt Ryan threw a tipped pass interception for their fourth turnover.

Of course, there are still instances when balance is essential. It slows down the timer. It can physically wear down opponents. There are defenses that aren't able to protect the run. Run actions could lead to passes or other play later on. Yes, there are reasons to continue to run the ball. Not last night, however.
