Using Non-Alcoholic Antibacterial Gel

Anti-bacterial gel undoubtedly helps us get rid of various kinds of germs and bacteria, but it should contain more than 60% of alcohol. If the hand wash or gel contains less than 60% of alcohol, it won’t work. However, it will be better for the environment if we use soap to wash our hands instead of using an alcohol-containing anti-bacterial gel. But still, if you still want to use an antibacterial gel, I will recommend you to buy one with 60% or more alcohol.

Avoid Using MSG

MSG stands for Monosodium Glutamate that is basically used in noodles and other edibles. Well, research indicates that MSG is responsible for some of the unpleasant symptoms, including nausea and headaches. But it happens only when you consume something that has MSG in an excessive amount. However, if you consume it normally, then you won’t face any problems or symptoms.

Eliminating Toxins by Using Detox Diet

The detox diet is quite popular nowadays as it helps the body remove or eliminate toxins completely. However, research shows that our body can detoxify itself if the kidneys and liver get proper nutrition in order to work properly. On the other hand, if your kidneys and liver don’t function properly due to lack of nutrition, then you will still have a higher chance of getting diseased, even if you are having a detox diet.

Consumption of Organic Products

There is no compulsion of marking an organic product in many countries as governments of these countries haven’t made it a legal requirement. So if you see ‘biology’ or ‘eco’ written on any product, don’t consider it organic. Companies do it basically to increase their sales. So be aware of it.

Avoid Using Microwave Oven

Heating food using a microwave destroys essential substances in food, so you should avoid doing it.
