CLEVELAND - It was 'Kluber Day' on Tuesday at Progre sive Field, and per usual Corey Kluber did enough for the Indians, striking out seven and allowing one run on seven hits as the Indians topped the Brewers 3-2. The odd two-game short set will conclude today at 1:10pm, as the Indians look for the sweep before another off day Thursday and then a road trip that will start Friday in Detroit. Tuesday saw Kluber and two relievers hold Milwaukee in check, New York Mets Custom Jersey and the offense pushed acro s three runs, with Lonnie Chisenhall and Jose Ramirez providing punch at the plate to secure the one-run win. Here's a preview of the finale of the quick series today at Progre sive Field.Time: 1:10 p.m.Starting Pitchers: Edwin Diaz Jersey RHP Chase Anderson (4-4, 4.45) vs. RHP Carlos Carrasco (6-4, 4.50)TV: SportsTime OhioOnline: MLB.TVRadio: WTAM 1100am, Indians Radio Network1. Chasing Anderson The Indians will go up against Brewers righty Chase Anderson in the finale of the two-game series, a pitcher who has had his struggles in 2018 for the first-place Brew Crew. In his last five outings, he's allowed 19 earned runs, giving up four or more runs in three of those four outings.Scroll to Continue In his last appearance in an 8-3 lo s to the White Sox, he allowed four runs, three earned, in just 5 Carlos Gomez Jersey .2 innings pitched. The scouting report on Anderson is that he's got a decent fastball and cutter, but certainly the numbers he's showing this season he can be hit upon, and the Tribe offense could be in for a good day at Progre sive Field.2. Will 'Cookie' Munch the Brewers Again? Carlos Carrasco had a huge outing against the Brewers in Milwaukee earlier this season, going the distance, allowing two runs on five hits with a season-high 14 K's. The Brewers had no answers for Carrasco that day at Miller Park, and will by now have watched enough tape to try and figure him out as they look to not have a repeat outing against the Indians number two pitcher. Carrasco is coming off an outing that saw Adeiny Hechavarria Jersey him struggle against the Twins, allowing six runs on seven hits in just 3.2 innings in a lo s. Here's hoping that he will bounce back at home in a big way against a team he dominated earlier this season.1. I've Got the Power Jose Ramirez slammed his 19th homer of the season in the win over Milwaukee on Tuesday night, and the Indians offense, while it only put up three runs, was much better than in the tough series in Minnesota in which they dropped three of four. With Ramirez having a Zack Wheeler Jersey career-year at the plate, and Edwin Encarnacion being in the midst of a hot streak that saw him win player of the week in the AL last week, the Indians offense is hopeful to keep things going in the right direction. It doesn't hurt that the team got back Lonnie Chisenhall on Tuesday, and he contributed right away with a two-run single in the second to make it a 2-0 Tribe lead. Let's see against the struggling Anderson if the power at the plate will continue for the Tribe.
