The move coincides with WoTLK Classic Gold a period when switching of WoW into World of Warcraft V has become something of a regular comedy in WoW's WoW community, with players not happy with recent expansions and Blizzard's recent decisions could be forced to switch to the well-known MMO instead.

"Many people have moved over towards World of Warcraft from WoW which is why I can understand," Asmongold said on an earlier stream. "The fact is that WoW's greatest release over the last five years was a release that came out 15 years earlier," In reference to Blizzard releasing WoW Classic, a recreation of the game in its original form initially released in 2004.

However, WoW will likely continue to be Asmongold's primary game, even as he looks to diversify and play another MMOs soon.

"There's been a lot of stupid things that have occurred but at the this is still a great sport for me to play," Asmongold says about the latest game version WoW in a recent uploaded video. "I continue to play almost every day, and by pretty much everyday, I mean every single day. I've been on breaks before I played Dark Souls, played Path buy WOW WoTLK Classic Gold of Exile however, I'm always drawn back in WoW."
