Alongside The Shards of WOTLK Gold Domination system and an upcoming raid Chains of Domination's release will also bring changes to the Torghast (which ought to help players farm Soul Ash somewhat easier) and a brand new zone to explore called Korthia, the Tazavesh mega-dungeon, brand new story chapters for each of the expansion's four covenants and the possibility of using flying mounts during the Shadowlands and much more.
In the span of seven months World of Warcraft : Shadowlands will finally get it's first significant content update after the release of the patch 9.1. Chains of Domination the 29th of June.
The update, which was previewed at BlizzConline earlier this year, comes with a new quest, known as the Sanctum of Domination. This will have players going toe-to-toe with Sylvanas Windrunner, who is currently serving as the right-hand woman of the new main-baddie of the expansion, the Jailer. There will also be a run-in with Kel'Thuzad, an one of Lich King's most faithful servants.
As reported in a story for the content update, Sylvanas has transformed Anduin and is now the head of the Alliance, turning him into what's basically Arthas 2.0. It could have significant potential implications for the future of the story. Sanctum of Domination's regular and heroic challenges will be available on July 5 just one week after patch 9.1 comes out. The first part of Raid Finder difficulty for Sanctum of Domination will launch July 13.
In addition to being able to play the latest raids, they will also be able to explore a new area--Korthia: the City of Secrets-- as well as a new 8-boss "mega" dungeon Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.
Players are also able to keep the story going through their covenant campaigns, each covenant gaining stories with new chapters to move through and 40 new renown ranks that players can get. Flying will be made accessible in the Shadowlands for players who have met the requirements. Additionally, new additions and changes will be available into buy WOTLK Gold the roguelike inspired Torghast's dungeon, too. Patch 9.1 will also signal the new Arena PvP season.
