Muay Thai is a martial art that originated in Thailand. It is a full-contact combat sport that uses fists, elbows, knees and feet to defeat an opponent. The objective of the game is to score points by hitting your opponent with enough force to cause him or her to lose consciousness or retreat from the fight area.  Muay Thai is often compared to boxing because both sports require fighters to use their hands and feet to break their opponents’ spirits. However, where boxing has a clearly defined set of rules, Muay Thai has more of an improvised feel which makes it more exciting for spectators.
