MMOSO POE: Path of Exile patch 3.20.1 adds new relics and Chaos Orbs guide

In patch 3.20.1, Path of Exile added two new treasures to the Forbidden Sanctum - unique relics that will test even the strongest adventurers! 3.20.1 Patch notes
This patch introduces new Sanctum content, improves the current Kirac's Vault Pass, and adds support for the 2023 Core Supporter Packs, as detailed in our news coverage from last week. It also contains various improvements and bug fixes for both Sanctum and non-Sanctum content, as well as some buffs for modifiers applied to Wither maps by painting them with oil.

Sanctum updates and improvements
Introduced 7 new unique relics that drop from Sanctuary Boss final form. These relics challenge you to complete the entire Forbidden Sanctum in areas above level 80 under special rules. If you manage to complete such a run, you'll be rewarded in a new and special way. However, the unique relic is destroyed regardless of the outcome of your run, so if you don't complete it, you'll lose your potential reward.
Some of these unique relics will cause the Herald of Scourge to drop additional or specific items, while others will turn the Golden Coin into a specific outcome after defeating the Herald of Scourge.
We're also introducing a new unique ring, which can be obtained by defeating the Herald of the Scourge using one of the new unique relics.
Introduced 41 new "Lycia's Invocation" currency items. These can be applied to undamaged sacred relics to add their respective keystones to the relic.
Boons and Afflictions that increase and decrease relic effects now specify that they do not affect unique relics.
Characters who are closer to the target now take less damage from their Resolve.
Sanctuary quests are no longer hidden when the "Enable Quest Tracking" option is disabled. We've also made improvements to these quests to reduce the chance of missing them when first entering the associated town area.
Party members can now view a map of the area's owner's sanctuary if they currently have a run active.
Party members can now store a sanctuary room for later use when the map owner is running their sanctuary room in the area.
The determination bar will now flash when you heal or damage your determination.
Added a display to show which affliction was removed when you cleared an affliction.
The consecrated relic slot has been removed from the Sanctuary map and is now located in the inventory panel.
Sanctified Relics can now be compared to your equipped Relics by using the Compare Item Descriptions shortcut (Ctrl by default).
The wave skill used by the Sanctum Boss final form now produces a much lower number of lightning bolts per wave, although the number of lightning bolts is slightly higher. The delay between waves has also been slightly increased.
If you already have a later stage of the same boon or affliction, you will no longer be able to get new multi-stage boons or afflictions, such as lilting melodies.
Hungry Fangs Affliction and Wooden Effigy Boon now affect resolve multiplicatively rather than additively with stats affecting Relic resolve.
Adjusted the position of the skull that emits the tracking beam on the third floor of Sanctuary.
Updated Rosary Boon to account for Resolve being lost after completing the next room.

How to get Chaos Stone
