Production of the virtual reality headset was reported to have begun with the start of September (via Bloomberg) and has not yet encountered limitations in its supply chain FIFA 23 coins. With the PS5 being highly sought-after due to its lack of availability since it was launched in November of this year, Sony plans to also have additional console stock available in the early 2023 timeframe, according to Bloomberg's sources.

PSVR 2 is yet to receive a date beyond 2023, but Sony is attempting to ensure that it has enough PS5 consoles to play games with the brand new headset. The headset will work only on PS5 and won't be compatible with backwards-compatible PSVR games.

What is known about the equipment is that it is equipped with several impressive specs. Similar to it's predecessor the PS5 with its DualSense controller Sony is incorporating haptic feedback and adaptive triggers inside-out tracking, eye-tracking, along with 3D-sound into this kit, however, it's not yet released the price at which it will retail.

"PSVR 2 looks poised be a shot in the arm in the gaming industry," Tamoor Hussain wrote in GameSpot's PSVR 2 preview. "It is yet to see whether PSVR 2 will attract a wide curiosity, but at least, I'm sure that it will bring us one step closer to achieving the full potential of this device."

Horizon Zero Dawn might receive a major overhaul in the coming months, according to a new report. The report says that "accessibility features, graphics modes, and quality of life enhancements in the game itself" will improve the gameplay.
