Working principle: The motor drives the flywheel and transmits the power to the crankshaft through the clutch. Under the action of the crankshaft and the cam installed on the crankshaft, the punch rod and the pressing cup part reciprocate back and forth. The cup feeding part sends the can cup into the stretching channel, the cup pressing head compresses the can cup, the punch stretches the cup body, and finally, the arch bottom is formed. After the stretching is completed, the punch is returned to its original position, and the can blank is released with the assistance of compressed air and a stripper. The detached can blanks reach the elevator and are fed into the slitting machine for slitting.
Key technologies: 1. Both the slide block and the push rod of the machine tool adopt the hydrostatic bearing mechanism to better eliminate the movement gap. The oil film formed by the high-pressure oil reduces the wear to a minimum, which ensures the running speed of the equipment and makes the working process of the push rod more accurate. It is guaranteed to ensure the forming quality of the can body; 2. The design of the pull ring mold of the tool kit uses the principle of constant volume to ensure that only one pull ring works during each forming and stretching process, avoiding the simultaneous action of two pull rings and reducing the amount of forming. 3. Using the ingenious pendulum mechanism, the stroke of the stretching machine can be changed only by simple adjustment.
