Link your mobile device to the WiFi network of your Nighthawk or Orbi router.

Toggle to Security in the settings section of the app.

 

Enter your NETGEAR account login information if requested, then press NETGEAR SIGN IN.

 

Toggle NETGEAR Armor on or off by tapping the Activate NETGEAR Armor button on the NETGEAR Armor page.

Make sure your mobile device is locally connected to your network before purchasing NETGEAR Armor through the Nighthawk or Orbi app. You might have to turn off Anywhere Access in order to finish the transaction. With the Nighthawk or Orbi app, you can purchase NETGEAR Armor as follows:

There may be a problem with your device or network if you can sign in on one device but not another using the same email address or phone number and password.

These procedures will resolve sign-in problems for smart Televisions and other connected devices, such as streaming media players, set-top boxes, Apple TV, Xbox, and PlayStation consoles.

 

Android mobile device or tablet

 

·        Verify your password and email- Verify the email that appears on your screen is accurate.

 

Remembering that Netflix passwords are case-sensitive, retype your password. To view your password and verify it is accurate, click Display.

 

·        Edit or delete passwords you've saved- Certain electronics can save app credentials. If you want to login in to Netflix, you might need to change or deactivate your saved password.

 

If you use Google to manage your passwords:

 

Search for Password Manager under Settings.

 

Choose Password Manager from the list of Google Play services.

 

Find Netflix in the list, then press it. Your screen lock may need to be entered.

 

To change or erase your Netflix password, tap Edit.

·        When using Samsung Pass:

 

Access Samsung Pass by going to Settings > Biometrics and Security. Your Samsung password might be required.

 

Tap Apps under IDs and passwords.

·        Changing your password-Your password might need to be reset. To do this, go to how to update your Netflix password.

 

iPad, iPod touch, or an iPhone

·        Restart your device iPhone or iPad- The sliders will appear after you simultaneously press and hold the side button and one of the volume buttons. To totally switch off your gadget, drag the top slider.

 

 

 

If the sliders aren't visible, hold down the Sleep/Wake button while waiting for the red slider to show up, then drag the slider.

 

Just push the Sleep/Wake button after 10 seconds.

 

Try Netflix once your gadget is turned on.

 

·        Change or delete any saved passwords by restarting your iPhone or iPad. - You might need to change or erase your Netflix password and try again if you save passwords in iCloud Keychain. To update or erase a saved password, follow the instructions on the Apple Support website.
