EA has since admitted to the Ones to Watch pre-order FIFA 23 Coins pack mistake and has announced that the following on their officially-owned FIFA Direct Communication Twitter account:

We're hoping for EA to respond to the affected gamers by redistributing Ones to Watch pre-order packs which were not working in the initial order, and giving you the chance to claim an OTW card.EA will most likely allow affected users to keep the Gold items they got out of Ones to Watch pre-order packs.

It's a good idea to be tempted to check out to your Ones to Watch pack now to see if you can pull the perfect bade gold item, safe in the knowledge that EA will provide you with an OTW player pack for free. OTW player pack in case your pack is not working properly.

FIFA 23 is fully underway and, with a variety of missions and game modes available within Ultimate Team, it can be difficult to prioritise your playtime - especially if it's your first time playing it.

There was one free card available this week, and that was RTTK Robin Gosens coming via objectives. He fits the meta of the 5-1-2-2 formation perfectly! requirements allow you to combine him with OTW Sergino Dest (if you haven't yet added him to your club) since both need to be completed in Squad Battles or Rivals.

You have until Tuesday, 11 October, to finish the Dest objectives , and then Friday 14 October for the Gosens objectives, so you should buy FUT 23 Coins make them your primary priority.
