Make sure you have a wireless Cricut Explore or Cricut Maker and that you have the Wireless Bluetooth Adapter inserted. Via cricut.com/setup
Open Device Manager from the Start menu to see if your machine has Bluetooth enabled. If Bluetooth appears, your PC is Bluetooth-enabled. Otherwise, you'll need to invest in a Bluetooth dongle.
Now go to Settings and select Devices from the drop-down menu.
Turn on Bluetooth and then select Add Bluetooth from the drop-down menu.
Connect your PC to your Cricut machine through Bluetooth.
When prompted, enter 0000 as your PIN.
Connect by clicking the Connect button.
