Jagex is a professional company and should be reviewing their policies. They must create a policy that suits the current situation and update it each month. They should update the policy they currently have. It's not the top people who are heard but the ones who shout loudest those who whine.
I was thinking, do anyone else have issues with bank accounts that are free for players? It's quite irritating when you have many things inside your pockets. And you don't want to let anything go, plus your doing tasks.

My suggestion to clear bank space is to: Clean up your bank, donate unwanted items to new players (which could prove beneficial) or sell the items. You can do this weekly or monthly according to how messy your bank is.
