This contributes to situations where individuals are reporting a bot that is farming valuable mats and nothing happens for weeks, which of course pisses off the participant base and only supports the bot operators since they know theyll have the ability to pay off the cost of their CD key before ultimately getting prohibited. Its a system but its always been like that.
