With production capacity of 30 million meters for M42/M51/TCT band saw blade annually, 2 million pieces for M3/M42 hole saw blade annually, 9.6 million pieces for M2/M42 reciprocating saw blade annually, 18 million pieces for M2/M42 hack saw blade annually, 2.3 million pieces for hole saw accessories annually. Our Product For bimetal band saw blades, we are manufacturing full dimension and TPI, use raw material from Europe, USA and Japan, Using advanced production technology and quality control system, Laser welding, quenching and tempering in one technology. We have a very strict QC system, each meter of blade are monitored by computer and examing tools. We have 50 people only are responsible for quality checking, and have more than 80 band saw blade engineers in our plant. For bimetal hole saw blades, we are manufacturing full dimension in 4/6 TPI,use raw material from Europe, USA and Japan, Four-station integrated welding technology, vacuum tempering furnace. For bimetal reciprocating saw blades and bimetal hack saw, we are manufacturing full dimension and TPI, use raw material from Europe, USA and Japan, High frequency heating punching technology, vacuum tempering furnace. For carbide band saw blades, we are manufacturing full dimension and TPI, use raw material from Europe, USA and Japan, carbide tips from Sandvik and ceratizit , Using advanced production technology and quality control system, Laser cutting, high precision end welding, split teeth and surface treatment.
