The effects of the coronavirus means we're entering uncharted land, not unlike when you mapped out the Kharazi Jungle to RS gold earn entry into the Legends' Guild. The security of Jagex staff is priority number one, and out of now we're recommending that JMods start operating from home for the near future. Meanwhile, we are planning to facilitate the staff.
This does mean that, for Runescape players, the game upgrade of today will be delivered as soon as possible later this week. Once we have a day that is, we are going to edit this post. Thank you for your patience and understanding. This change represents a large change to the way we work, and you may be thinking about whether this will affect RuneScape and Old School. It's possible that there may be fewer game upgrades and livestreams in the short term, but we'll communicate any schedule changes. Looking longer term, we don't envisage any changes.

Yeah I'd be suprised when it arrives on time. Cases of Corona are gonna explode and if enough men and women get it soon enough everyone will know someone that has it and will probably be made to self-evident. Whoever said that was dumb as mud because even the use of this word of rationing is gonna send the nation to a standstill whilst everyone stands out to panic buy everything!
I figure Jagex's policy will be; if not one of the core Arch team members get it (Rowley, Ryan et al) then we see that the normal release and those members are going to be at the workplace that day.Yeah however they will need folks to do hot fixes and things that will almost inevitably fail on discharge. And of course all of the additional employees needed to RS07 Gold keep the offices open, servers operating, etc.. Hopefully it won't be delayed but it probably more complicated than we think and if cases of the virus maintain doubling daily or 2 that knows what the situation will be.
