The funding was led by New Enterprise Associates and Accel, with participation from StepStone Group, Overmatch Ventures, Tru Arrow Partners, and Valor Equity Partners.
Co-founder and co-CEO John Tenet emphasized the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge technologies that meet pressing national defense objectives. “CHAOS Industries is delivering transformative solutions that address critical defense objectives,” he stated.

The funding will enable CHAOS Industries to scale its manufacturing capabilities and boost commercial growth, while continuing to develop advanced detection, monitoring, and communication technologies tailored for modern defense needs.
