Final Fantasy XIV adds new desktop wallpapers
The new desktop wallpaper first appeared during the countdown to the Endwalker extension. They can be downloaded in various sizes and are suitable for PCs as well as iPhone, iPad and FFXIV Gil. There are 20 new wallpapers, 19 of which are the Endwalker countdown illustrations drawn by the Fan Kit art team.
The final illustration is from the release day of Endwalker. Each artwork contains specific work from the Endwalker expansion pack, including the latest Reaper class, and each wallpaper has the Endwalker logo on the left side. The resolution of the desktop wallpaper is 2560 x 1440 (16:9) and 2048 x 1536 (4:3), and the iPhone wallpaper is 1438 x 2592.
When the Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker extension was released, it immediately encountered congestion problems and server crashes.
