The aluminum fluorocarbon coating is a kind of electrostatic spraying, also a way of liquid spraying, it belongs to the high-grade coating and the price is higher. The 4×8 Aluminum Sheet powder coated is to spray the powder coating onto the surface of the aluminum by spraying equipment (electrostatic spraying machine). Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the aluminum sheet coil to form a powder coating. The powder coating passes through the high temperature baking leveling solidifies and becomes the final coating with different effects (the different kinds of effects of powder coating). The spraying effect of powder coating is superior to the painting process in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and the cost is also lower than painting with the same effect.
As a manufacturer of color coated aluminum with over 20 years’ experience, we have some skilled tips for distinguish the power coated aluminum sheet and fluorocarbon coated aluminum sheet.
1, measure the thickness, the thickness of the fluorocarbon coating is 40 UM, and the powder coating is at least 60 UM.
2, check the surface flatness, fluorocarbon coating is generally paint, the surface flatness is higher, leveling is better. The powder coating has poor flatness,that is, the orange peel phenomenon is more obvious.
3, look at the back of the coated aluminum sheet. The back side of the powder-coated aluminum sheet has transition area between the sprayed and non-sprayed parts. The paint is relatively good.
